Agreed, NAD+ is much too large to enter the cell and has no specific cell receptor to enter the cell.

They explain in a few publications that you need the precursors, NR/NMN which is taken in through the cell transporter to me converted to NAD+, rather than just giving NAD+ by itself...as its much to large IV and degraded if taken by mouth...
